Refund Policy
Our paid plan begins with a free trial and the subscription is renewed month to month. If you fail to cancel your subscription prior to paying, no refund will be issued. You can cancel your subscription so you don’t get charged the next month. Longer term plans may be offered at a discount to loyal customers. By purchasing these plans, you agree that you understand what you are purchasing and that there are no refunds issued for such plans.
Self responsibility
Success in trading is solely up to you. We make no guarantee of profitability through any of our communications or products. You are responsible for whatever happens as a result of what you do with the information we provide. Trading can be very risky and most traders fail to be profitable long term.

We do not store your financial information on our servers, this is handled completely by Stripe.

How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by submitting a data subject access request, or by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Discord server. We use Discord to interact with our community and host content for viewing and educational purposes. You can find the Discord privacy policy here: https://discord.com/privacy
Please note that access to the Discord server is a privilege maintained by strict adherence to our community rules posted there when you sign up. We maintain a zero tolerance policy, one violation of those rules will result in a permanent ban from participating in the private Discord. You will not be entitled to a refund if you lose access to the private Discord due to violations of community rules.
